For stress or performance, give 1 packet the evening before an event and 1 packet two to three hours prior to the event.
These are sold as individual 25g packet.
Kathryn B.It provides muscle buffering and helps reduce lactic acid buildup in the muscles. This allows a horse to perform at a high level for longer. ie a horse that runs 1/2 mile and gets muscle sore can go on and finish the race. The B1 also helps the horse to stay calmer and blood pressure a bit lower.
