Why did you choose this?

Good reviews. Want to have on hand in case of an emergency.

It's great for a horse that wants to colic. Always keep a tube on hand

Used a variation of this on a friend's horse and it really helped.

To keep my horse from dying during a colic episode.

mine has expired. is it still good?

Your vet would be the best to check with on how long after expiration any product might be good for since it varies.
In general the date is set for when a product may start to lose it’s efficacy. So if it’s not way past the date it should not be harmful to use. It just may not be as strong.
If an expired tube was all that I had during trouble with my horse, I would certainly use it. However to be prepared I would probably purchase a new tube for future use to make sure it works as well as it should.

What is the shelf life for this?

Generally they should have an expiration date on them but I keep mine in the fridge I think it will out last its expiration date.

Can this be used with panacur de wormer?

We have to recommend that you check with your horse's veterinarian for that information.

The best
I definitely recommend this product for heat exhaustion and to precent colic. The times I've used this product it stands up to its name, immediate response. It's good to have it handy in your first aid box.
