Glucosamine 5000 Easily absorbed natural substance that may stimulate the production of protoglycans which help to maintain the health and resiliency of joints & connective tissue in horses. Also helps to maintain synovial fluid that lubricates the joints. Omega-3 fatty acids may help ease aches and discomfort caused by training and competition. Yea-Sacc 1026, a live yeast culture, aids in the best possible digestion and utilization of nutrients. Also contains antioxidant Sel-Plex, an organic selenium compound this is easily absorbed and utilized to help rid the body of free radicals. Each oz powder contains 5,000 mg glucosamine HCl, 20 gm omega-3 fatty acid, 85 mg vitamin C and 1 ppm selenium. Dosage: 1 oz daily for 14 days then 1/2 oz for maintenance. 1 lb = approx 16 day supply. Safe use in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven.
