The innovative design of this two-wheel saddle rack cart allows for maximum storage and ease of use. Made of steel with a powder coating for durability. Includes a five-hook bridle bar for the back of the unit. When all attachments are removed it can also double as a hay bale hauler. Free included nylon organizer is completely washable and features 5-7” deep pockets for bottle, brushes, and tools. Once assembled, this cart is not designed to be collapsed.

We own two of these rolling racks. Our western saddles weigh 40-45#. One rack has two saddles on it and the other one saddle. Both roll over uneven ground without tipping over.. Before our tack room was finished I rolled my saddle back and forth from the house, up & down steps and over gravel without an issue. You can use the lower rack to lower the center of gravity if you feel it is too top-heavy for you. The rolling rack is very well made, sturdy and easy to put together. I hope this helps answer your question.
JACQUELINE TI keep this lose in my tack room and have never had an issue with it falling over. It could easily be secured with a bungee cord.

It can, although you may not have room for another one on the second tier.
Maria B.No it does not. The saddle racks and bottom basket come off and on very simply which aids in transport in pickup bed and/or storage. I typically remove them, lay it on it's back and stack hay, shavings etc, on top. It's very rugged construction. One of my BEST purchases as an eventer's mom :)

The Rolling Saddle Rack Cart was rather difficult to put together. And you have to be careful that you properly hook the rack to the cart or the weight of your saddle will bend the rack downward and your saddle will slide forward and fall off. Also, my saddle would frequently roll to the side of the rack and fall off, tho that could be contributed to the rough terrain between the barn and the hitching rail. I only used one rack - in the top position - so my brush caddy was quite accessible in the basket below.
Though I was frequently frustrated with the functionality of the rack, all things considered, I would probably spend the money again on the Rolling Saddle Rack Cart or something similar.
