I used this product on a QH mare that has turned into an equine beaver. Sadly, it has done nothing to deter her wood chewing. I also used this along with Purina Minerals 12/12 and still no change in her chewing behavior. I also used a variety of anti chewing products like Chew Stop, Irish Spring soap, hot sauce, etc and while it may have had temporary results she is back to her old habits. Glad I tried it but wish I had better luck with it.

My horse Stetson just out of the blue started chewing down his stall just over night. The owner of the barn I board him at was not very happy needless to say. We started him on QUIT and I also scrubbed Irish Spring Soap on every board in his stall. In just 2 days he stopped and I am going to keep him on his product. It's filled with nothing but good minerals that he was lacking. I am very greatful for this product.

It does work . 4 horses. The chewing appeared to begin with a young horse teething. In a few days they were all chewing. I tried everything - sprays, brush on. This worked. No one has chewed in 2 months.

I have used this product for a few months now because we have some pretty bad chewers. We have 5 horses and one of the younger ones and the 20 year old chew to the point that all is left is sawdust. We tried the product and no more sawdust, but I don't think they've totally stopped chewing yet. I have caught a few of them nibbling.

I bought two pails at the same time so I'd have enough. My TB's actually chewed more on this product. I told the company(Farnam)and they refunded my money, they were great. There are a couple "hotspots" in each stall that the horses favor so I thought I would try wiping on Rain Maker hoof conditioner on those spots (have you smelled that stuff?!)My horses stopped! I have reapplied it only once and it's been 3 weeks. I guess you never know unless you try something new.

I love this product! A long winter with difficult turn out transformed my horse into a furry termite...the stall door, window trim, barn trim and fencing were ALL fair game. She's the princess of picky eaters but after two or three days of disguising the pellets with a little molasses, she has been eating them mixed in her feed with NO PROBLEM and THE CHEWING HAS STOPPED! Quitt saved me from being asked to leave my boarding situation.

I was having trouble with my five year old who was chewing anything he possible could (i.e. fences barn doors walls...everything!). I tried a lot of stuff like the spray on stop chew things and stuff like that none of it worked. After being on this for around 3 weeks i saw a huge difference. I really love that this stuff is saving my barn! The only thing is it takes a while to kick in but trust me its well worth it!

We have tried just about everything to stop our young and old horses from chewing up the barn and fencing..this products really works, it may take a few days, but you will see them slow down to just an chew here and there, nothing like "barn beaver" that they were before...I have used this for over 5 years on 10+ different horses (Arabs included) always works in just a few days, but you must keep using it or its back to chewing..at least for my horses under 5 yrs old (teething I guess).

I recently built a new barn and the horses were chewing up the new wood in the stalls. I tried the sprays and they would lick it off! Within a couple days of feeding Quitt, the chewing stopped! This actually works! Note: my horses were not stalled and chewing out of boredom.

My barn looked like a bunch of beavers had been let loose after putting both my horses in Quitt because I couldnt tell which one was guilty! the wood chewing calmed to almost no chewing at all. Some of it may have been from boredom because there was still some chewing once in a while, but for the most part the Quitt definitely helped. Im here right now to buy more because this winter theyre chewing again!
