Jim Curry uses his experience as a trainer and
judge to provide us with a great overview on training you and your horse to
properly show at halter. He covers: stopping & standing, positioning legs
and body, baiting to get the correct neck, trotting in hand, properly
fitting show halters, and showing in AMHR, ASPC-Classic and AMHA classes. He
works with 2 different horses and shows how corrections and discipline
should be handled.
Mr. Curry works with two young ladies to show
us proper ways of training and showing. He participates in two question and
answer segments and also briefly covers conditioning your horse from the
inside out. This one of a kind training DVD will help you train and prepare
for the show ring.
